Sabrina Barazin Studio, a Montreal-based interior design firm specializing in high-end residential, commercial, and hospitality projects, is looking for talented freelancers to join our team on a project-by-project basis. We are hiring for three distinct roles: Interior Architects, Drafters, and 3D Rendering Professionals. These positions are focused on supporting our team in implementing and executing soulful, high-end interiors.

1. Interior Architect (Freelance)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed, functional layout plans for luxury interiors.

    Collaborate on executing designs that meet construction standards & client specifications.

    Apply experience in high-end residential or commercial projects to deliver exceptional results.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in interior architecture.

  • Strong technical and spatial planning skills.

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.

2. Drafter (Freelance)

Responsibilities:

  • Create precise technical drawings and construction documents.

  • Support the design team by ensuring technical accuracy in all deliverables.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in drafting.

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.

  • Attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.

3. 3D Rendering Professional (Freelance)

Responsibilities:

  • Produce high-quality, photorealistic 3D renderings to bring designs to life.

  • Collaborate with the design team to accurately visualize project concepts.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience.

  • Expertise in 3D rendering software such as SketchUp, Enscape or other.

  • A portfolio showcasing photorealistic renderings.

General Requirements for All Roles

  • Based in Montreal.

  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.

  • Ability to work flexibly on a project basis while meeting deadlines.
