Welcome to Egan Residence — a warm and earthy redesign in Verdun, Montreal. Drawing inspiration from the clients' passion for European travel, we sought to infuse each space with nods to timeless Euro-influences to add depth to an overall tonal and neutral space.

The kitchen welcomes a soft neutral palette that doesn't compromise on depth and texture. The backsplash is finished with micro cement by Venosa Interiors to complement the space’s tonality, we selected Brizo fixtures and hardware in soft brushed brass. Their subtle sheen and tactile feel will develop a rich patina over time.

The powder room on the main floor creates a moment of awe. While maintaining a connection to the soft aesthetic of the home, we seized the opportunity to create a space with all the Sabrina Barazin signature hallmarks. A stunning floral and botanical wallpaper by House of Hackney pairs with the handmade terracotta tiles by Seneca Tiles, while brass Buster & Punch hardware and fluted glass accents add a touch of refinement.

Continuing the gentle European influence, the principal bathroom on the second floor embodies a sense of tranquillity. Micro cement, a durable and water-resistant material, is used throughout, while soft travertino counters by Arta Ceramics create a serene backdrop, adding depth and dimension to the space. Echoing the design language of the powder room, brass hardware and fluted glass accents create a sense of cohesion and harmony, tying the spaces together.
